- Cash On Delivery is accepted ISLAND WIDE
- VISA, MasterCard, American Express payment options are available for all customers within Sri Lanka.
- Order dispatch takes place only during working days (Monday-Friday) excluding poya days and other mercantile holidays.
- Pick up option is available at the ELEGANCE BATIK office.
- Cash on delivery orders will take maximum of 4 working days from the date of order placement.
- Pre-paid orders will only be dispatched once we have received a proof of payment.
- Pre-paid orders will be dispatched on the next working day after the receipt of the payment. (Delivery may take up to maximum of 4 working days depending on the delivery location)
- Once the order has been accepted by the recipient or a representative, it will be deemed as delivered. ELEGANCE BATIK shall not be held responsible for any lost goods after acceptance of the goods by the recipient.
- Delivery Failure – Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. If an incorrect or non-existent delivery address is given, an extra rerouting delivery charge will have to be borne by the customer.
